These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the B.Cap salary cap management platform operated by B.Cap ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using B.Cap, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
B.Cap provides a salary cap management tool for B.League basketball clubs. The service includes cap tracking, contract management, what-if simulations, and compliance alerts based on B.League regulations.
Account and Access
Access to B.Cap is provided upon request and approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use B.Cap only for its intended purpose: salary cap management for your club. You may not share access credentials with unauthorized individuals, attempt to access other clubs' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Data Accuracy
B.Cap provides tools to help manage your salary cap. The accuracy of cap calculations depends on the data you enter. B.Cap is not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice regarding B.League compliance.
Intellectual Property
The B.Cap platform, including its design, code, and content, is our intellectual property. Your club data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the information you enter.
Limitation of Liability
B.Cap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on information displayed in the platform, including salary cap calculations, penalty estimates, or compliance status.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of B.Cap after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
